Our Keynote Speaker & OCM & Session Chair
Prof. Nino Lipartia is a Professor of Law and practicing attorney specializing in medical law, insurance law, and civil litigation and serves as an affiliate professor at Grigol Robakidze University. As founder and chairman of the Legal Profession Development Center (2016-present) and Executive Director of Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession (2018-present), Prof. Lipartia has organized numerous legal forums, conferences, and training programs on medicallaw, labor law, administrative law, and consumer protection. She serves as Deputy Chair of the Legal Committee at the Business Chamber of Asia and Gulf Countries and as an arbitrator at the Dispute Resolution Center.
